For example, the Historic Green Village is an area unlike any other, a self-preserved green community on Pine Avenue where some buildings are more than 100 years old.
For more history, check out the City Pier (currently under reconstruction). The historic site used to be the only way in and out of the island. Visit the AMI Historical Society at 402 Pine Ave learn more about the area and the events that shaped it.
