An ideal place to visit if you love being outside, you can lounge on the beach or try one of the many accessible water sports offered in the area.

Kayaking and paddle boarding are some of the top activities if you’re looking for something adventurous. You can also try snorkeling or scuba diving to get a closer look at all the wildlife the area has to offer.

There are also several sprawling beach and nature parks in the area to explore if you like being outside. There are courts for tennis, walking and biking trails, playgrounds for the kids, and picnic areas. Other nature preserves are scenic with minimal facilities to protect local habitats and wildlife.

You have the options to head to Coquina Beach, Holmes Beach, Bayfront Park, Coquina Baywalk, Robinson Preserve, Neal Preserve or Leffis Key to get a full outdoor experience. Many local tour providers offer guided tours of these areas for your convenience.
